ive tried twice to check in, mid afternoon......CLOSED.........??????? closed?

Came in for a haircut. Older woman, Karen, left multiple razor burns and cuts on the back of my neck to the point they bled. Please see my yelp review for pictures of this. I couldn't see at the time as I was wearing a dress shirt and they were hidden under my collar when I was done. Though it was painful during the process. She never made me aware this happened even after I paid and left her a tip. When I got home and noticed it on my neck and some blood on the back of my collar, I called to make them aware. I was a free haircut for next time and told if I would like a refund I would have to came back in. Came back for my refund. No sense of sympathy or empathy from the manager. Not rude to me, just transactional and did not want to make a scene with the current customers. Which I can understand but also a missed opportunity to rectify the situation and show the staff care for their customers' well being. First time I would say someone should be fired for their mistakes. Not only did Karen leave multiple burns and cuts on my neck to the point of some bleeding, but she concealed this information from me during my visit and charged me for the haircut. Complete disregard for my well being let alone customer service. I am in the process of filing a complaint with corporate.
